Director of Recruitment & Career Development Pathway
The Director of Recruitment and Career Pathways for the College of Health Services and Careers is a critical force in launching fast-track nursing careers. This role specifically targets and recruits students for accelerated programs like Practical Nursing (PN) and Nursing Assistant courses. They build direct pipelines from the classroom to the bedside by securing essential clinical partnerships with local hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. A key part of their mission is to guide graduates through licensure steps and directly connect them with immediate job opportunities. Ultimately, they ensure that each short-term program efficiently builds a skilled, job-ready nursing workforce to meet urgent community healthcare needs.

This director curates a specialized collection of digital and physical resources, including nursing manuals, clinical software, and simulation media, to support the fast-paced, hands-on curriculum. They ensure students in short-term programs have immediate, practical access to the critical information and technological tools needed for skill mastery and licensure success.

This director secures external funding and manages partnerships that directly support the nursing programs. This director designs and implements stackable, industry-recognized digital badges and certificates that complement core nursing credentials.
